Discover how connecting with your Divine Authentic Self can free you from the unsatisfying wants of the human ego, and lead to manifesting a fulfilling life in oneness with Divine Spirit.
Throughout this special day you will be guided and supported through various practices including Ceremonies, Qi Gong energy center activation, meditations & intention setting, Shamanic Breathwork, sharing circle and journaling.
You will also experience the healing sonic frequencies of a sound bath, with gongs and singing bowls, and share in singing Kirtan and Mantras to deepen your connection to your Divine Authentic Self.
Refreshments and vegan & gluten free snacks will also be provided.
Our Five Elements – Divine Authenticity retreat will be held at our private Five Elements Studio in Penllergaer, Swansea (click here for directions), on Sunday 19th November. Please arrive early to start at 10.30am. This retreat day will conclude around 3.30pm This is a closed door event and late comers will not be admitted. You will receive preperationary information for the day via email the week before.
