Join us for an afternoon of full body power stretching. Reach your full potential of flexibility and range of movement with techniques used by the Warrior Monks of the Shaolin Temple.
You will be guided through modalities of stretching, including isometric, dynamic, ballistic, hyperbolic, and partner power stretching, so no mater what your level of flexibility, you will leave the workshop with both a greater range of movement from your body, and greater knowledge of how to maintain and improve your flexibility further.
